Kristen Caldwell is a poet, artist, teacher, and theatre director born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest of the United States. She holds a BA in Communications, and a Master’s of Arts in Teaching. Kristen and her husband, Matt, live and teach together in Portland, Oregon. She has been a secondary educator since 2005 and teaches history, acting, technical theatre, and gardening. She has directed over 40 stage productions for college, middle and high school students. Kristen enjoys making or building just about anything, learning new things, spending time with her family and church family, curating vintage items for her antique booth, gardening with her dog, and going on thrifting adventures.
